Office of Student Account Services
The Office of Student Account Services is responsible for collecting and processing University tuition and fee payments, issuing student refunds, and distributing student educational tax data. The Office of Student Accounts further assists with: collection and processing of payments; account advising; issuance of refunds; and distribution of student educational tax data.
Office of Student Financial Assistance and Employment
The Office of Student Financial Assistance and Employment works closely with prospective and incoming students to help them understand how financial aid works, what their overall cost of attending UMiami will be, and other financial resources to consider. Financial Aid Counselors are available Monday through Friday to answer questions. Start with the staff in the Financial Aid Office if you have questions about loans, scholarship, awards, and expected student earnings. The partner Office of Student Employment provides information about student earnings, campus jobs, and requirements.
