Giving to the College

Breakthroughs begin at the College of Arts and Sciences

The College of Arts and Sciences is at the vanguard of inquiry and innovation. From humanities to life sciences, computer science to creative arts, the College of Arts and Sciences provides diverse liberal arts education for University of Miami students, fostering knowledge, creativity, and passion for lifelong learning.

Your commitment to strengthening that academic foundation, encouraging revolutionary research, and focusing on individual educational experiences allows students and faculty to tackle new challenges and change the world. In math, science, humanities, and the arts, breakthroughs begin in the College of Arts and Sciences. With your support, we are leveraging big ideas into a bold future.

Thanks to the support of alumni, parents, and friends the College has raised more than $30 million since the start of the University’s Momentum2 campaign, surpassing the commitments for the entire Momentum Campaign. Those contributions bring leading researchers and academics to campus, upgrade equipment and technology throughout the college, and provided hundreds of students with enhanced learning opportunities including summer research and study abroad.

When you make a gift to the College of Arts and Sciences, you are providing the College with the financial assistance to meet some if its most pressing needs. Whether you support the College’s greatest needs, a specific department, a program, or a Center your support ensures that the College will continue to provide world-class educational opportunities—with distinguished faculty and outstanding facilities—for the next generation of students.
