Date and Location

This collection of rare and exquisite maps showcases the geographical, political, and commercial agendas of mapping the Caribbean over 500 years. Antillean Visions provides glimpses into our own realities, viewed through the lenses of contemporary cartography, including participatory experiences and games. This exhibition is generously supported by the Jay I. Kislak Foundation and our partners, University of Miami Libraries, HistoryMiami Museum, and Fortress - Art Storage. A private preview reception for Lowe members and VIP guests will be held on February 2 from 5:30-7 pm. A public reception follows from 7-9 pm.
