WGS590 is a for-credit internship in a community organization focusing on issues of gender or sexuality. Students arrange the internship and propose an exhibit, project, term paper, or other materials that will be presented for academic credit at the end of the internship to the Director of the Women's and Gender Studies Program and a faculty sponsor for approval prior to beginning the internship.
