Survey Checklist

Lesson Objectives: students answer questions to give a mid-assignment progress report.  The questions also help remind students of prior discussions and the expectations for the written product before it is turned in. Some teachers provide the checklist at the beginning of the survey assignment, asking students to turn in answers to specific questions at specific times.
