The Universe by Chris Moore

Our solar system is but a speck in the Universe
and we are but specks in our solar system.
I know a lot about the Universe,
I know nothing about it.

The closest star to us (not including the sun) is 4.3 light years away.
There are 200 billion stars in the Milky Way Galaxy
and the Milky Way is one of hundreds of billions of galaxies in the Universe.
Our solar system is but a speck in the Universe.

The sun is 1 AU from us–93 million miles.
Jupiter’s mass is 300 times that of the Earth’s.
The moon is 264,000 miles away.
We are but specks in the solar system.

The Earth is 4.5 billion years old
and the Universe is 13.6 billion years old.
The Universe is expanding faster and faster.
I know a lot about the Universe.

Matter makes up 20% of the Universe,
and dark matter makes up 70%.
What is the Universe?
I know nothing about it.
