MLL Lab Calendar

Instructors in the Modern Languages and Literatures Department have the ability to reserve the Modern Languages Laboratory (MB 201) or the Teaching Computer Lab (MB 205) during their class time for a variety of uses including:

  • Holding class (using the computers to access modern language related websites, news, etc…)

  • Having students perform Internet activities

  • Allowing students to work on audio/visual exercises in the class workbook

  • Utilizing software available in the Lab

  • Skype Virtual Immersion sessions

The MLL LAB Calendar is a tool that can be used by students to view the dates and times of when the Lab in MB 201 has already been reserved, AND THEREFORE WILL BE CLOSED TO STUDENTS. The Teaching Computer Lab (MB 205) is NOT an open access student computer Lab, so access is only granted to students arriving for a professor-made reservation.

NOTE: Students who require tutoring that is offered during Lab (MB 201) closures may enter the Lab at these times.

The Calendar page can be found by going to the MLLAB homepage which is: http://www.as.miami.edu/labs On this page, there is link in the center of the page titled Lab Calendar which allows you to view the Calendar.
