The Department of International Studies (INS) provides a comprehensive undergraduate curriculum that allows students to study cutting-edge international issues both in the classroom and beyond. One of the Department's highest priorities is the encouragement of research and study abroad initiatives for undergraduates and participation in international exchange programs. The Department promotes a combination of research and study abroad initiatives. These include international internships, as well as intersession and summer courses taught by faculty overseas. Together, these options provide a variety of stimulating learning experiences for our majors as well as for students from other departments in the College.
