  University of Miami students working in collaboration with the Ghana Health Mission
  
  UM students traveled to Ghana to learn firsthand about the struggles to provide clean water for the developing world. Under the direction of Professor Sherri Porcelain, students visited numerous remote villages in Sekondi-Takoradi and engaged in important public health field work to learn more about the lack of available and accessible safe water in the 21st Century.
