Background

George Wilson (Ph.D., Johns Hopkins, 1995) is an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of Miami. His research interests focus on the institutional production of race/ethnic inequality in the workplace and the social structural determinants and policy consequences of stratification ideology among racial and ethnic groups.
