Background
Tracy L. Regan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Miami. She earned a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Mathematics at the University of Arizona in 1998. She earned an M.A. in Economics in 1999 and a Ph.D. in Economics in 2003 at the University of Arizona. Dr. Regan is an applied microeconomist who does research in the areas of industrial organization/health economics and labor economics. She is currently investigating the impacts of generic entry on post-patent price competition in the prescription drug market and the strategic timing of the introduction of "me-toos."
