Graduate Studies

The mission of the graduate programs of the College of Arts and Sciences is to enhance scholarship and research; to energize and reward individuals, departments, and programs in their efforts to seek national and international renown; to foster quality and innovation in graduate studies; and to assert the importance of graduate endeavors to the gathering of new knowledge.

The College is proud of its cultural diversity, geographic location and outstanding faculty. The College offers a wide variety of graduate degree programs and courses of study which afford intimate contact with and excellent opportunities in the languages, literature, social sciences, and the natural and physical sciences.
