Interdisciplinary Studies Lecture

Professor Warner is the author of a number of books, including Publics and Counterpublics (Zone Books, 2002); The Trouble With Normal: Sex, Politics, and the Ethics of Queer Life (Harvard, 2000); Fear of a Queer Planet (Minnesota, 1993); and The Letters of the Republic (Harvard, 1992).  He has also edited The Portable Walt Whitman (Penguin, 2003) and, with Myra Jehlen, The English Literatures of America, 1500-1800 (Routledge, 1996).
