Important notes on the Program for
Monday July 14th and Tuesday July 15th 2008

Apollo Training Sessions: Fabrice Legeai will be running 30 min Apollo training sessions for groups of 5-6 people in Friend Room 017. Please sign-up for one of these 10 training sessions. The sign-up sheet will be available at the registration desk.

General Notes on the scheduling of Annotation Group Meetings: For annotation groups that have > 3 members attending the workshop, we have endeavored to schedule exclusive 1 hour sessions for those groups to meet. With a few exceptions, these meeting times should allow you to participate in meeting with all your annotation groups. However, there are some cases where workshop attendees from the same institution, who are members of a large number of groups will have to negotiate with each other to ensure that a representative of their institution is present at the group meeting. We trust that groups with < 4 members present at the workshop can schedule amongst themselves

Meeting Places for Self-Scheduled Annotation Sessions: During the workshop, we will have the rooms available to us for group meetings. Please share rooms with other groups. Many of the annotation groups are quite small. The rooms are: Friend 016 (has hard-wired Mac computers with Apollo installed), when not in use for the Apollo training sessions, Friend 017 (has hard-wired Windows computers with Apollo installed), Friend 110 and 112, Computer Science 102, the Banana Gallery and also the large room Computer Science Room 105.

Posters: You are welcome and encouraged to put your posters up as soon as you arrive. Posters will be hung in the Banana Gallery and can stay up for the whole workshop. Please look in the program to identify the number of your poster and hang it on the appropriate poster board.
